Atatva’s Kashmiri Chilli Powder is a vibrant red, low-heat chilli powder made from carefully selected Kashmiri or Byadgi chillies. Known for its brilliant natural red color and mild pungency, this powder is widely used to enhance the appearance of gravies, sauces, snacks, and masalas without overpowering heat. Processed from sortex-cleaned, sun-dried chillies, our powder is ground in temperature-controlled mills to retain its natural oils, color pigments, and shelf life. It is completely free from synthetic colors or additives.
