Returns & Exchange Policy
At Atatva, your trust means everything to us. Every pack of our spices carries decades of care, purity, and promise. Since we deal in perishable food products, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges. But if something ever goes wrong, we're here for you.
We'll make it right if:
- You receive the wrong product
- Your order arrives tampered with or damaged
- You receive an expired product (rare, but we'll address it immediately)
Just reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll take care of it.
How refunds work:
Once your request is verified, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the same payment method you used. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank, but rest assured we won't keep you waiting once your claim is approved.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we'll issue store credit of equal value that you can redeem with us anytime, with no expiry.
Our extra promise:
We never compromise on quality and never sell expired products. But if it ever happens, we'll give you back 10x the product value as a gift voucher, because your trust in us matters more than anything.
Important note:
Spices that are not expired, damaged, or wrongly delivered cannot be refunded or exchanged. If an expiry date is printed in MM/YY format, the product remains valid till the end of that month.
