After order confirmation, lead times typically range from 2 to 15 business days, depending on factors like product customization, packaging, and production requirements.

You can check the status of your order in two ways:


1. Via your account:
Log in to your account → Navigate to Order History → Select the relevant order to view real-time tracking and status updates.


2. Without logging in:
Scroll to the website footer → Click “Track My Order” → Enter your tracking ID to view the latest status.


Both methods provide real-time updates synced with our logistics partners.

For businesses:
Once your order is confirmed, changes or cancellations are generally not possible due to immediate processing. However, for minor modifications, email business@atatva.com immediately. Exceptions may be allowed case-by-case.

For customers:
Email support@atatva.com immediately to request changes. Modifications are subject to availability, and a cancellation fee may apply based on the order size.
